★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor tontería que he hecho... abrir una cuenta en esta institución, su sistema es de lo más burocrático y lento que hay, llevo media hora para pasar con algún de los 8 ejecutivo de los cuales no han atendido ni a una sola persona que estamos esperando, ya que 4 de ellos se la pasan platicando entre si, mientras los otros 4 atienden muy lento... adicional a que no cuentan con una interfaz en línea para revisar tus movimientos ni absolutamente nada... horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque en esta situación de pandemia, al ser un negocio esencial, no atender a los clientes en horario normal, para evitar aglomeraciones aumentar el personal para atender mas y tengan menos personas por atender, en vez de eso no encuentro un horario para ir de 9 a 2 no puedo, solo lunes, miércoles y viernes, yo aprovechaba los fines en galerías y cerrado, no están dando ningún servicio y si dejo de pagar me van a hablar para cobrarme y quedare mal... no es mejor dar la oportunidad de dar un buen servicio?
