Lleve a aser un ahorro de eqis cantidas me tenian qe sobrar 100 pesos y el tipo qe estaba en ventanilla no me los dio qe porqe segun el yo le di la cantidad exacta segun el iso un conteo frente a mi y me desia qe no le sobraba dinero en caja me isieron esperar a qe se desocupara su superior el cual dijo qe el aria el conteo y afectivamente sobraron mis 100 pesos y me los regresaron despues de una espera de 30 min aqe lo resolvieran no se qe clase de gente qe no tiene ni los estudios basicos qe no sepa contar el dinero y trate de robar ,se supone qe es para alludarnos y solo nos roban cabe recalcar qe tube esta misma situacion en la sucursal de plaza san isidro y para colmo esa el mismo cajero no pude aser nada ya qe avia salido del establecimiento y no me qisieron dar mi cambio .dejare del ser socio no es posible qe en lugar de alludarte te roben qe personal tan defisiente tienen They are some thugs .... Embargo la ejecutiva que me atendió con pésima actitud si lo usaba por lo cual le comenté que lo que pide es lo que tiene que dar y que no estaba deacuerdo que mientras me atendia hiciera uso de su teléfono celular diciéndome que tenía que pedir una autorización pero la sucursal cuenta con teléfonos fijos digo ante está inseguridad creo que se presta a malos entendidos MUCHO OJO GERENTE quise hablar con ud pero me comentaron que estaba de vacaciones .
