★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí solo te quieren ver la cara, compre una caja fuerte y cuando me la entregaron estaba horrible, mal pintada, yo creo que era usada. Me comunique con ellos y se la pasaban colgándome el teléfono. No se hicieron responsables y no me dieron garantía de nada.
Here they only want to see your face, I bought a safe and when they gave it to me it was horrible, badly painted, I think it was used. I contacted them and they kept hanging up the phone on me. They were not responsible and did not give me a guarantee of anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, la señorita Violeta Avila no responde los mensajes y cuando marco a su teléfono me dicen que el número no existe, marco a la oficina y no obtengo repuesta, ya pasaron los 15 días desde que pedí mi caja y todavía no pueden terminar de entregarla.
Terrible customer service, Miss Violeta Avila does not answer the messages and when I dial her phone they tell me that the number does not exist, I dial the office and I do not get a response, 15 days have passed since I asked for my box and they still cannot finish delivering it.
