Nella zona più bella di Playa del Carmen. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Gianluca e’ un host gentilissimo , risolve ogni tuo problema ed e consiglia escursioni e ristoranti di ottimo livello. Vi consiglio la suite a piano terra ...bellissima!!!

La pasamos muy bien durante la estadía en las brisas. El lugar es muy cómodo, gran alberca, lindos cuartos y zonas comunes y muy atentos a los detalles. La atención de Gianluca fue excelente ojalá volvamos pronto! Me gustaría solo poder cocinar ya que disfruto de hacerlo, pero así son las reglas! Saludos y hasta pronto

Struttura pulita, bella, dallo stile giovane e fresco! Adatta a giovani e famiglie, con il plus della piscina! Vicinissima alla quinta avenida e a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Inoltre, grazie ai consigli di Gianluca su come e cosa visitare del Messico e dove mangiare la nostra vacanza è stata perfetta! Lo consigliamo!! Giorgio e Daniela

I proprietari sanno metterti subito a tuo agio, e ti sono vicini per qualsiasi necessità (taxi, migliori ristoranti e locali suddivisi per cucina, prezzo e gusti, specialità ecc...). Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare, in una zona centrale, tranquilla e dalla quale puoi facilmente raggiingere a piedi le migliori avenide. Con loro ti senti subito a casa e il Messico diventa uno dei luoghi più ospitali. Ascoltano le tue esigenze, e sanno accompagnarti nella scelta delle mete migliori, aiutandoti a realizzare una vacanza a tua misura. Sono gli unici così disponibili da rispondere in tempo reale a qualsiasi necessità con gentilezza. Struttura accogliente con piscina privata, pulizia delle camere eccellente r area soggiorno con musica e tv. Un soggiorno con i fiocchi. Complimenti Gianluca!

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay during your vacation in Playa del Carmen. So close to everything you need from the beach to la 5ta avenida. Has my 5 stars of recommendation!!!

The worst place we have ever stayed! I was shocked and terrified how many issues we have experienced during this stay. 1) Breakfast contained a few slices of long life toast bread, artificial cheese and stale cereals. One of the seven breakfasts contained fruits and yogurt. We were totally disappointed and we had to eat out or buy fresh ingredients and prepare food ourselves. Later when checked other reviews, people had similar stories. Host Luca answered all comments that he works on improving the standards. But it did not change over the years, breakfast are still disgusting! 2) Not working stove. Although stove top was included into properties listing owners claimed that they do not have a license to use gas. Therefore, we could not prepare any hot meal during our 7 days stay. 3) Lack of hot water in general. In many occasions there was not hot water in the shower. Additionally there is not hot water option for Jacuzzi at all. When we confronted the owner about that he said hot water tank was used. However, the Jacuzzi had only one tap, and only with cold water making it not functional. 4) We noticed that the owner kept entering our room when we were not in the property, doing his 'checks'. The communication in English was impossible. He hardly knows a few basic words. Whenever approached was very rude and had aggressive body language. 5) Parking - there is no parking at all. You simply park on the public road on which everybody could have an access to your car. Maybe not quite their fault, however there are two construction sites on both sides of b&b, causing horrible noise from 8am-6pm. I do not recommend to stay in this place!

Las Brisas is a fantastic and incredibly good value for money B&B. The room was large and exceptionally tidy as was the common room breakfast area. The outdoor area and pool was also very well maintained and peaceful. Lucas is a superb host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a comfortable as possible. The B&B is located on a quiet street but close to all the action of the main high street of Playa de Carmen. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to the beach front where you have free access to Martina beach club. Lucas provided us with great advice on the best restaurants, places to visit and couldn’t have been more helpful in organising excursions for us, nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t reccomended this place more.

Las Brisas has an amazing location, close to the beach, 5th Avenue, and everything one could need at Playa Del Carmen. Our host Lucas was extremely friendly and accommodating, from working with our late check in to leaving luggage after we had checked out. He made us feel completely at home, with no formalities and provided a lot of helpful suggestions and tips to enjoy Playa. He was very kind to ask us to pay the next day as we were tired when we arrived, and made payment very comfortable and convenient as well.Lucas really knows Playa very well! Make sure you stay here to enjoy the best that Playa has to offer! When we return we will definitely stay with him!
