Great place!!

Had a great experience with all sales people/ personnel in the new cars dept!! My sales person in specific , Mr. Jesus Antelo went above and beyond my expectations!! When it came to the trade in part of it o had the worst experience as i understood that there was a new gal managing the place with absolutely no experience whatsoever . The Director / Head Manager wasn't any help when the complaint was brought up to his attention, and he himself has no customer service skills and le people person skills , all he wanted to do is talk over me and comfort me with what he already had repeatively told me and had no way of making my point clear so I gave up and had no other choice and walked away. While the rest of the personnel did an outstanding job in always making me feel welcomed with such great positive energy ! They approached me with great attitudes, and even though they had face masks ? you could sense their smiles. Me. Jesús Antelo went the extra mile and i am greatful and thankful to still be able to come across people like him !!

was December 24, I was passing through Cd. Obregon and my truck urgently needed Service, I arrived and spoke with Mr. Gerardo from the Service Area explained my problem attentively and made a space for My truck in less than 2 hours. the problem was solved Thank you, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Chevrolet for having such respectful, attentive and empathetic people as Mr. Gerardo.Excelent and wonderful customer service
