★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desde el día 25 de noviembre del 2021tratamos de arreglar el fraude a la cuenta de mi papá de 87 años dónde el cajero de la ventanilla 5 le AYUDO a dar de alta su tarjeta pidiéndole todos sus datos y que lamentablemente no puede reconocer mi papá ya que el día 3 de diciembre pasado le retiraron sus pocos ahorros en un cajero de azteca con celular, dejándole solo $62.00 el banco no nos da solución ya que dicen que fue hecho correctamente el retiro pero el único q tenía todos los datos fue el cajero que lo atendió. Ese es un abuso de parte de los trabajadores que nadie me ayuda a solucionar.
