Me quedé sin dinero, sin comprobante y sin una respuesta concreta de que pasará hasta que vaya directamente a hacer una aclaración en sucursal, aclaración que tomará días en proceder, esto según lo que me dijeron por teléfono en atención al cliente. Por si esto no fuera suficiente, otro cajero se acababa de quedar con la tarjeta de una persona que estaba intentado a dos cajeros de distancia del mío. Ridículo que estén renovando la sucursales y tengan cajeros basura con letreros hechos a mano y pegados con cinta. Me quedo corto diciendo que el servicio es pésimo. The worst ATM and deposit machines one can find in Guadalajara are at this branch. I made a deposit and it locked.
