Tengan cuidado con la practicaja o caja inteligente, da muchos problemas para aceptar billetes, se quedan atorados, realizas la reclamación, dicen que no procede y que si gustas puedes ir a condusef a reclamar...

ahora ya es una sucursal, el servicio y la atención al cliente es pésimo te saltan los turnos, el personal de atención a clientes es grosero, se los ejecutivos se la pasaron en fb, ya es la segunda vez que me ocurre! tarde una hora esta vez y la vez pasada igual mejor me retire de la sucursal! aaaa y hay como 6 ejecutivos y solo uno esta atendiendo!

Pésimo servicio más de tres horas para que me atendieran por una reposición además del tiempo de atención. Como lo comentan otros; se brinca los lugares. En diferentes ocasiones se encuentran en falla los cajeros o fuera de servicio. Te tienen esperando fuera de sucursal aún cuando tienen suficiente espacio dentro de ella (respetando los protocolos de seguridad covid). No lo recomiendo, lo uso porque es mi sucursal y es el que me queda mas cerca. P.d.: Solo porque no puedo poner 0 estrellas porque no amerita ni una.
Terrible service more than three hours to attend to me for a replacement in addition to the time of attention. As others comment; skip the places. On different occasions the ATMs are in failure or out of service. They have you waiting outside the branch even when they have enough space inside it (respecting covid security protocols). I do not recommend it, I use it because it is my branch and it is the one that is closest to me. PS: Just because I can't put 0 stars because it doesn't deserve one.

Es muy tardado la espera, si pasas con un ejecutivo es aún mayor el tiempo. Cómo dicen algunos solo hay un cajero automático que acepta depósitos. Cuando abrí mi cuenta jamás me notificaron que había llegado mi tarjeta a sucursal, eso no me agrado para nada. El token es otro problema no puedes activarlo la primera vez desde la app, tienes que ir a sucursal a tramitarlo, recuerdo que el ejecutivo se burló de lo que tenía en mi cuenta porque apenas la había abierto (era una cuenta secundaria para probar el banco y sus servicios). Si cambian de celular y borran la app del banco les recomiendo activarla desde la app en su nuevo celular, en mi caso yo uso mi cuenta para comprar online, jamás la he utilizado para comprar en tiendas, tuve que ir a un cajero a cambiar mi NIP (puedes cambiar tu NIP desde super wallet, y confirmarla en el cajero) , y desde la app pude activarlo de nuevo sin necesidad de ir a perder mi tiempo con el ejecutivo.
The wait is very long, if you spend with an executive the time is even longer. How some say there is only one ATM that accepts deposits. When I opened my account they never notified me that my card had arrived at a branch, I did not like that at all. The token is another problem, you cannot activate it the first time from the app, you have to go to the branch to process it, I remember that the executive made fun of what I had in my account because I had just opened it (it was a secondary account to test the bank and its services). If they change their cell phone and delete the bank app, I recommend activating it from the app on their new cell phone, in my case I use my account to buy online, I have never used it to buy in stores, I had to go to an ATM to change my PIN (you can change your PIN from super wallet, and confirm it at the ATM), and from the app I could activate it again without having to waste my time with the executive.

Don't recommend this branch the service is horrible the wait it's insane over 2 hours.. customer service is the worst ,very unprofessional individuals.

Went to an atm yesterday at 7pm and the atm kept my card. There were 3 employees in the building, one of which came by after I knocked. They said they couldn't help until Monday. As the 3 employees were leaving, the one female employee started laughing at my situation. I couldn't believe it. Horrible service and employees. What an inconvenience.
