Los cajeros incompetentes y lentos ,lentos a mas no poder. Aunque haya poca gente te tardas más de media hora.
El gerente nunca está disponible (prefiere no salir pára no tener que resolver problemas).
El cajero se tragó mi tarjeta por quede cuela luz y a pesar de ser su error me la cobraron.
La tarjeta Banamex Costco me cobró 700 pesos de penalización por qué se me pasó la fecha.
De verdad Bancomer no es lo mejor del mundo pero ahí los empleados y el gerente si te atienden y con cortesía
Terrible service.
The cashiers incompetent and slow, slow but can not. Although there are few people you take more than half an hour.
The manager is never available (he prefers not to leave so he does not have to solve problems).
The cashier swallowed my card because of the light and despite being his mistake, they charged me.
The Banamex Costco card charged me 700 pesos of penalty for why I missed the date.
Actually Bancomer is not the best in the world but there employees and the manager if they attend you and with courtesy
