★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de esperar es gigante, tienes que venir con tiempo y paciencia, las personas que atienden se sienten directivos del banco, déspotas y mal educados.
Principalmente con las personas mayores.
Una sucursal nada recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal bastante grande con personal mejor capacitado ya que esperas menos tiempo aquí que en la mar cercana que está en Cuahutemoc y diagonal. La pantalla de los turnos si funcionan y cada uno tiene diadema de comunicación. Aquí si encienden el aire acondicionado.
Very large branch with better trained staff since you wait less time here than in the nearby sea that is in Cuahutemoc and diagonal. The screen of the shifts if they work and each one has a communication headset. Here if they turn on the air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todos los Banamex, el servicio es horrible. Tienen una persona en servicio al cliente y hacer una operación toma más de dos horas. Si uno trata de quejarse le dicen: después de hacer su operación le llega una encuesta de servicio, o sea que es inútil. Lo mejor sería evitar tener una cuenta en este banco nada funcional y cero amable.
Like all Banamex, the service is horrible. They have a person in customer service and doing an operation takes more than two hours. If you try to complain, they tell you: after doing your operation you get a service survey, that is, it is useless. The best thing would be to avoid having an account in this bank that is not functional and zero friendly.
