★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia en sus tarjetas que maneja Bancomer de los mismos que nos atienden en esta sucursal y en otras que he ido y nunca me resuelven mi problema, las personas que según son atención a clientes deberían probar los servicios que ofrecen, desde hace 3 días me traen vuelta y vuelta porque he adquirido mi tarjeta Express con ellos y por alguna razón se desvinculo mi banca móvil, y acudiendo me dicen que ese servicio no es para mi tipo de tarjeta "cuando yo lo he usada casi 1 año con esa aplicación, de verdad que no saben ni lo que ofrecen ya que la pagina si lo maneja. Y bueno Atención Bancomer nunca me resolvió, hoy por fin lo logre pero investigando por mi cuenta.. De verdad capaciten a sus trabajadores Banco Bancomer porque esta por los suelos su atención, de en balde todos los beneficios que nos ofrecen y que sus mismos trabajadores no saben ni como utilizar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El director de sucursal está encerrada riendo por teléfono. Tiene más de 1 hora sin trabajar y de los otros 5 ejecutivos solo trabaja uno que atiende a quien se le da la gana sin turno. Llevo más de 1 hora esperando a pasar.
