★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No existe en el sitio web oficial del banco. Tuve que buscar otros sitios para encontrar la dirección. Supuestamente es la única sucursal que puede apoyarme ya que otras sucursales me negan entregar el servicio. MALO!
It does not exist on the bank's official website. I had to search other sites to find the address. Supposedly it is the only branch that can support me since other branches refuse to deliver the service. BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales, simplente no les interesa atenderte la chica que te recibe dice que están super ocupadas que si no puedes regresar otro día, volví otro día y ese tramite no se hacía en sucursal llame a la línea y que fuera sucursal volví y la misma respuesta cuando preguntas por el Gerente simplemente dice que no está o que esta tan ocupado que no te puede atender pésimo servicio!!!!
Of the worst branches, the girl who receives you simply does not care to assist you, says that they are super busy that if you cannot return another day, I returned another day and that procedure was not done in a branch, call the line and let it be a branch, I returned and the Same answer when you ask for the Manager, he simply says that he is not there or that he is so busy that he cannot give you terrible service !!!!
