★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tiene cajeros disponibles, con efectivo. El estacionamiento es muy concurrido, pues tiene un restaurante al lado. La opción de activar la aplicación para móvil no funciona. La posición es algo incómoda pues le da el reflejo de la luz de fuera, que no deja ver la pantalla, al igual que la placa que tiene el teclado encima, hace incómodo el teclear.
Always have ATMs available, with cash. Parking is very busy, as it has a restaurant next door. The option to activate the mobile application does not work. The position is somewhat uncomfortable because it gives you the reflection of the light from outside, which does not allow you to see the screen, like the plate that has the keyboard on it, makes typing uncomfortable.

Worst bank of the cd. Please train your people in your procedures, but above all in empathy. If you don't like working there, please find where to be happy, it shows in their treatment that they hate what they do :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco de Hermosillo. Es el banco con mas reclamaciones ante CONSUDEF (ver nota en el periodico de hoy-Mar29-21) y con razon. Personal mal entrenado, mal humorado, mal educado. Ojala no tengan que ir alguna vez a esta sucursal. PESIMO SERVICIO
The worst bank in Hermosillo. It is the bank with the most claims before CONSUDEF (see note in the newspaper today-Mar29-21) and with good reason. Poorly trained, cranky, ill-mannered staff. Hopefully you don't ever have to go to this branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala mi experiencia en este Banco. Es dificil encontrar donde estacionarse y durante la pandemia he hecho cola de mas de 1 hora para hablar con un ejecutivo. Su Departamento Legal no conce la Ley y he tenido que abrir una queja en la CONDUSEF para poder resolver. CUIDADO!!! si tienes opcion abre tus cuenta en otro banco.
My experience in this Bank is very bad. It is difficult to find where to park and during the pandemic I have queued for more than 1 hour to speak with an executive. Your Legal Department does not agree with the Law and I have had to open a complaint with the CONDUSEF in order to resolve it. CAREFUL!!! If you have the option, open your account in another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un verdadero ASCO de sucursal por su personal, desde la entrada, cajeros, ejecutivos y la gerente que es una déspota carente capacidades, conocimientos y servicio y atención al cliente. Te atienden como si te hicieran un favor y te niegan los servicios, estoy por reportar a está sucursal junto con su personal. Esto debe escalarse, ya es un abuso y una burla hacia sus cliente.
A true branch ASCO for his staff, from the front door, tellers, executives and the manager who is a despot lacking skills, knowledge and customer service and support. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor and denying you services, I am about to report to this branch along with their staff. This must be escalated, it is already an abuse and a mockery towards your clients.
