★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero comentar la experiencia pésima que recibí en esta sucursal ya que yo no he podido cobrar mi pensión antes que mi tarjeta venciera yo les informe que quería hacer el cambio de mi tarjeta porque vence en marzo esto fue a mediados de febrero pero me dijeron que había tiempo pero nadie se imaginaba . La pandemia que íbamos a padecer y en ese lapso hice el cambio de domicilio para esto yo tenía que recoger mi tarjeta después del 20 de marzo la cual ya no pude hacerlo cerraron la oficina y ya no pude recogerla y hasta la fecha no he podido cobrar mi pensión y está gente no da ninguna solución para entregarme el plástico nuevo por no contar con mi INE, son oyentes para nada son ejecutivos ,es gente nefasta *QUE NO DAN UNA ATENCIÓN, MENOS SOLUCIÓN*
I want to comment on the terrible experience I received at this branch since I could not collect my pension before my card expired, I informed them that I wanted to change my card because it expires in March, this was in mid-February but they told me that there was time but nobody imagined. The pandemic that we were going to suffer and in that time I made the change of address for this I had to collect my card after March 20 which I could no longer do so they closed the office and I could no longer collect it and to date I have not been able to collect my pension and these people do not give any solution to give me the new plastic because they do not have my INE, they are listeners at all they are executives, they are nefarious people * WHO DO NOT GIVE AN ATTENTION, LESS SOLUTION *
