★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible ubicación de éste banco! No cuentan con cajones suficientes y a diario los ususarios invaden un carril de la avenida sin importar traer problemas al resto de automovilistas. No es recomendable.
Terrible location of this bank! They do not have enough drawers and daily users invade a lane of the avenue regardless of bringing problems to other motorists. It is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el Cervicio para aclaraciones, tenemos que esperar asta una hora y media, super tardado, todo el tiempo que le toca solo hay una persona atendiendo esa área, de verdad deberían mejorar esa área, un simple estado de cuenta y movimientos dure una hora y cuarenta minutos. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleno de ejecutivos ineptos y flojos, nunca contesta nadie el teléfono y si alguien llega a contestar, al transferir la llamada el ejecutivo cuelga si no tiene ganas de tomar la llamada... Nunca están en sus horarios y en trámites administrativos piden idioteces con tal de trabar el trámite y regresarlo, feliz de por fin cerrar mi cuenta con un banco tan inútil como su personal
Full of inept and lazy executives, no one ever answers the phone and if someone ever answers, when transferring the call the executive hangs up if he does not feel like taking the call ... They are never on their schedules and in administrative procedures they ask idiocies with to lock the process and return it, happy to finally close my account with a bank as useless as its staff
