La mayor parte del tiempo uno o más cajeros están fuera de servicio (a veces todos) y muchas veces los usan para hacer activaciones y otros procesos que no hacen en ventanilla, por lo que puedes estar esperando mucho tiempo por un cajero, sin mencionar la poca higiene y el mal olor del sitio.
La atención en ventanilla es bastante promedio pero los encargados de dar informes y ordenar a las personas son prepotentes y groceros, el personal de seguridad es mínimo y ni siquiera cumplen con el uso correcto de cubrebocas
I recommend avoiding the place. Most of the time one or more ATMs are out of service (sometimes all of them) and many times they use them to make activations and other processes that they do not do at the counter, so you can be waiting a long time for an ATM, not to mention the poor hygiene and the bad smell of the site.
The service at the window is quite average but those in charge of giving reports and ordering people are arrogant and rude, the security personnel is minimal and they do not even comply with the correct use of face masks
