★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con la nueva gerente y la señora que atiende en escritorio, cada vez que me ha tocado atención con ella se porta prepotente, se ríe y tuerce los ojos en lugar de ayudar. Deberían capacitar al personal sobre el trato que se brinda. Creo que son la imagen principal de la sucursal. No creo ser la única persona que se encuentre inconforme por el servicio de las señoras.
Terrible service with the new manager and the lady who attends the desk, every time I have had attention with her she behaves arrogant, laughs and rolls her eyes instead of helping. They should train staff on the treatment that is provided. I think they are the main image of the branch. I do not think I am the only person who is dissatisfied with the service of the ladies.
