★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé cómo se maneje la elección de los turnos pero es imposible que puedas pasar hasta 3 horas esperando y personas solamente 30 minutos y se retiran, (ojo no me refiero a los clientes preferentes, esos no hacen fila) no se a qué se deba pero debería de regresar a lo práctico QUE ATIENDAN CONFORME VAN LLEGANDO!
I do not know how the choice of shifts is handled but it is impossible that you can spend up to 3 hours waiting and people only 30 minutes and leave, (eye I do not mean preferred customers, those do not line up) I do not know why but I should go back to the practical thing THAT ATTEND CONFORMLY THEY ARE ARRIVING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal en varias ocaciones me ha tocado que me manden a otra sucursal porque no hay dinero, no tienen cambio, no pueden cambiar cheques arriba de cierta cantidad etc. además que el personal es descortés. pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal normalmente tranquila, excelente atencion por parte de sus empleados, los dias mas concurridos son en quincena, pago de pensiones, aguinaldos como los viernes por lo cual hay que hacer que tener tiempo, por suerte el cajero multiple ya esta funcionando con normalidad pero solo acepta depositos a cuentas o a tdd, el sistema de los turnos tiene areas de oportunidad pero prefiero esperar hasta 2 o 3 horas sentado que estar parado, eso si si tienes tarjeta con ellos normalmente pasan rapido pero cuando hay muchos con tarjeta se hace tiempo
