A crap, no ATM ever has an effective service, or they are offline or have no money, instead of technologically improving over time, Banorte is getting worse every day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXAGERADAMENTE lentos y faltos de preparación, casi 3 horas de espera literalmente CERRARON EL BANCO y seguía sin pasar, el ejecutivo no sabe nisiquiera cómo usar Banorte móvil y para acabarla te piden usar el celular para sacar turno y el guardia no te deja usar el celular dentro ni siquiera para ver tu turno ????? De las PEORES instituciónes bancarias de Ags
EXAGGERATELY slow and unprepared, almost 3 hours of waiting literally THE BANK CLOSED and it still did not happen, the executive does not even know how to use mobile Banorte and to finish it they ask you to use the cell phone to take a turn and the guard does not let you use the cell phone inside not even to see your turn ????? Lento el servicio ya que por la contingencia no está todo el personal. Es entendible.
Pero. A pleno sol? Adultos mayores, gente con capacidades diferentes. Etc. No es posible
