Pedi hablar con el gerente y me lo negaron, la señorita maria, y la respuesta de el imbecil del modulo de ingreso al presentar mi queja fue, pues como quiera. No entiendo como buscan brindar un buen servicio si contratan gente grosera e incompetente.
This branch and its staff are a mockery and an insult to the customer, despotic and incompetent, especially the woman at desk 7 and 8, I have accounts in several branches and in this the service is a mockery.
