★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la ejecutiva de cuenta que me atendió, hizo todo lo posible para que no abriera cuenta con ellos, (dió mil pretextos sin sentido y pedía documentos absurdos, tengo cuentas hace muchos muchos años en diferentes bancos y nunca me han pedido los documentos que ella me requirió) y lo logro, saliendo de esta sucursal me fui a Banamex y sin ningún problema me atendieron y aperturaron mi cuenta.
Terrible service from the account executive who attended me, did everything possible so that I did not open an account with them, (she gave a thousand nonsensical excuses and asked for absurd documents, I have accounts for many many years in different banks and they have never asked me the documents that she requested) and I succeed, leaving this branch I went to Banamex and without any problem they attended to me and opened my account.
