★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros de éste banco, no sé si son muy viejos o si tienen algo mal pero funcionan muuuy lento y muchas veces, ya que te tardaste haciendo una consulta o un cambio de nip te dicen que hay error y que lleves tu tarjeta a sucursal.
The tellers of this bank, I do not know if they are very old or if they have something wrong but they work very slow and many times, since you took a consultation or a change of nip they tell you that there is error and that you take your card to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quisieron abrirme una cuenta de ahorro sólo porque no acepte comprar su segugo con el cual ganan comisión y que no es obligatorio comprar, de acuerdo con la ley. Me hicieron esperar mucho a proposito. Muy mala experiencia. Se merecen cero en servicio al cliente

Sin embargo la atención de los ejecutivos es pésima te inventan requisitos, llegue a sacar turno y me iba a dar la estupida de la Belem un turno normal siendo que estoy embarazada y paso con un turno diferente, y al presentar mi INE me piden otra identificación a lo cual presento la licencia y que no se recibe la permanente por qué debe ser reciente. Llame a la línea y me levantaron mi queja por negativa de servicios. Sin embargo de poco sirve solo te dan un número. Después de esto cambiare mi cuenta a otro banco y si van a aperturar una cuenta no lo hagan en Banorte cobra comisiones muy altas, y sus empleados tienen una pésima actitud se pareceb a los jetones del Oxxo.
