★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es el peor lugar para ir a un banco, pues este es un banco exclusivo de sus clientes , y a las demás personas que requieren de sus servicios les dan poca ó nada de atención , siendo que la mayoría está comprando un servicio al resivir sus remesas por medio de este banco y el personal que ahí labora son prepotentes y creen que le hacen un enorme favor a los que usan sus servicios, por el simple hecho de no contar con un número de cuenta las personas , hacen largas filas hasta de 7 horas... y las contingencias sanitarias no son el problema de su mal servicio siempre es el mismo problema y eso lo veo a diario, tristeza por la gente que tiene que aguantar tanto tiempo " y se hacen llamar la mejor opción de banca?"
This is the worst place to go to a bank, since this is an exclusive bank for its clients, and the other people who require its services are given little or no attention, since most are buying a service when they receive their remittances. Through this bank and the personnel who work there are arrogant and believe that they do a huge favor to those who use their services, for the simple fact of not having an account number, people make long lines of up to 7 hours ... and health contingencies are not the problem of poor service, it is always the same problem and I see that every day, sadness for the people who have to endure so long "and they call themselves the best banking option?"
