WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE CANCELLATION PROCEDURES DUE TO DEATH, THEY ARE VERY INUTITUDE BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH YOU TELL HOW MANY ACCOUNTS THEY ARE, THEY ONLY FIND SOME AND THEN THEY TALK TO YOU TO CHARGE YOU, ALSO THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A CLAIM FOLIO, AND THEY ARE VERY TARDY.

En julio venció la vigencia de mi tarjeta y cuando voy a la sucursal, resulta que no tienen plásticos para reponerla.
De colmo ya estamos en agosto y la tarjeta es de débito. ?
Le pedí un numero para llamar y dejar de estar dando vueltas y vuelta y solo contesto:
Lo siento pero tiene que venir diario a ver si ya hay plásticos .
Claro tengo su tiempo verdad.
The service is lousy.
In July the validity of my card expired and when I go to the branch, it turns out that they have no plastic to replace it.
