Sicherer Bankautomat (ATM) für Touristen - direkt hinter den Kassen im Walmart. Wenn man sich die Bewertungen anderer ATMs anschaut, dann sind gefühlt 80% der Bankautomaten in Playa Del Carmen manipuliert und scannen deine Daten oder ziehen die Karte ein - vor allem die auf dem Strip. Have long searched on Google for a reputable ATM and withdrawn money several times, only 30 pesos fee. Secure ATM (ATM) for tourists - right behind the cash desks in the Walmart. If you look at the reviews of other ATMs, then you feel that 80% of the ATMs in Playa Del Carmen are being manipulated, scanning your data or pulling in the card - especially on the Strip.

They only charge 30.16 pesos for you to withdraw money, what is very little as compared to other companies who sometimes go as high as 100 pesos per use of their ATM. Yet, NEVER (!!!) USE THEIR EXCHANGE RATE to your own currency but rather withdraw in MXN all the time. This will save you a lot of money since your own bank's exchange rate is much better than any rate you’ll be provided by any Mexican bank.
K	Koen Zomers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap ATM to get pesos from using your foreign bank card as a tourist. They only charge 30 pesos for withdrawing money which is super cheap compared to other ATMs and banks around in Playa del Carmen. Plus it's located inside the Walmart so it's safe, easy to find and offers free parking if coming by car. You can find the ATM when entering the Walmart on the left shortly after the customer service desk. Go for the red ATM. There's only one of it. Check the pictures. The other four right of it in small boots having a blue color will charge you more for cash withdrawal. Lots of locals use this ATM. It's a good practice to wait across the walkway if somebody is using the ATM already. So don't queue up next to it. I used a normal bank card from ING The Netherlands and it worked fine. Ensure you have it set to world usage in the ING app before you can use it. Could get 5000 pesos without any challenge.
