Vine a recoger mi tarjeta de crédito porque me llamaron para citarme, se supone que abren a las 9 am pero son las 10:55 am y el banco no ha abierto. estamos formadas como 25 personas y una señora dice que el servicio comenzará a las 11:30. Pésimo servicio, no se preocupan por el tiempo de sus clientes. ATMs never work 100%, sometimes only one is used to withdraw, sometimes it only works to deposit, or sometimes it only takes years. I came to pick up my credit card because they called me to make an appointment, they are supposed to open at 9 am but it is 10:55 am and the bank has not opened. We are formed like 25 people and a lady says that the service will start at 11:30. Terrible service, they don't care about their clients' time.
