★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren los días que deben y solo ponen anuncio de que días y no es cierto. Siempre tardan mucho en atención a clientes. Y el cajero a veces no funciona.
They do not open on the days they should and they only advertise what days and it is not true. They always take a long time in customer service. And the ATM sometimes doesn't work.

Contraté una cuenta de ahorros y para empezar me salen fin que tiene un costo de 1400 pesos disfrazado con un seguro!!!!
Luego, llevo ya un mes y días y la p......cuenta inactiva!!
La ocupaba para una urgencia de un traspaso y valió pa'pura clara y 2 con sal!!!
Eh visitado 3 veces la sucursal y los 2 chicos realmente no dan el ancho!!!
Les queda grande su puesto!!
Me apena mucho la situación en esta sucursal...
Me da pena ajena realmente e impotencia al no poder solucionar el solo poder usar una cuenta por la cuál ya pagué!!!!
