★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes me gustaba mucho sus pasteles, pero me descepciono su atención al cliente, encargué un pastel y no me lo quisieron entregar debido a que se habían equivocado al cobrarme el día que lo encargué, no obstante el pastel no cumplía con las características que pedí al encargarlo.
Y el dueño lo único que dijo fue que tenía que pagar la diferencia ya que el no iba a perder; tal vez no perdió dinero, pero perdió una clienta. Lo más importante para un negocio es el cliente, opino que deben tener una mejor forma de atención y de resolución a problemas, creo que en este caso si habían varias formas de solucionarlo. Pero el dueño optó por ponerse así. Pésimo servicio!!
 Before, I really liked their cakes, but their customer service disappointed me, I ordered a cake and they did not want to deliver it to me because they had been wrong to charge me the day I ordered it, however the cake did not meet the characteristics I asked the order it.
And the owner all he said was that he had to pay the difference since he was not going to lose; Maybe he didn't lose money, but he lost a client. The most important thing for a business is the client, I think they should have a better way of attending and solving problems, I think in this case if there were several ways to solve it. But the owner chose to put himself like this. Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad para todos los vecinos de esta pastelería tienen una suerte , en tener una pastelería vendiendo pasteles tan ricos , frescos , cheesecake deliciosos y unas galletas y muy pronto unas tartas deliciosas atendido por una familia muy desente gracias
