★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy agradable la dueña, respecto al sabor, me gusta comer bien, compre un pay de queso con zarzamora, No fue de mi gusto comenzando porque la base es galleta maría es simple seca y molida, no tiene mantequilla es polvo, el relleno no sabe a queso es muy ligera, predominando el sabor a yogourt griego, respecto a la cubierta es de zarzamora muy artesanal pero es jalea, al probarlo en conjunto no me fue agradable sentir sentir el polvo frío de la galleta, lo duro de la jalea.
