★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que puedo decir soy de paladar exigente le doy sólo 3 estrellas por el momento, ya que las dos últimas veces que fui, acompañado de amigos les recomendé qué consumiera ahí, me dio pena ? por alguno de ellos me dijo : estaba el caldo de gallina estaba tibio y recalentado, como el es de hidalgo conoce de cocción, (barbacoas), no puedo negar que el agua o los jugos son al día, me agrada el lugar la atención, trato amable y coordial.
También lo que es en antojos mexicanos al día la masa y comida, pero les encargo eso del caldo de gallina no dejen pasar en alto y deberían darle más minutos de calentado, por que esta como decía mi amigo tibio.
De antemano muchas gracias...
