★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a day of wandering around town we came across this stall in the market, I had been in the mood for something other than mole and tacos so when the menudo stall magically presented itself in our path we grabbed two seats. The stew was prepared in front of us and it included beef stomach, heart and garbanzo beans garnished with onions, cilantro, habanero and a squeeze of lime. We also grabbed some agua de Jamaica from the stall next door to accompany the dish and the flavors meshed well.
It really hit the spot. If we're ever back in town we will definitely stop by again.
