★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan pago con tarjetas de crédito o débito. Pedí una orden de pastor, si eres muy exigente con el pastor te queda a deber un poquito el sabor. Los caldos son su especialidad
They do not accept payment with credit or debit cards. I asked for a pastor's order, if you are very demanding with the pastor you have to owe a little bit of the flavor. Broths are their specialty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricos los caldos y bastante llenadores, se cómo delicioso, le di 4 estrellas porque siento que le hace faltas mejoras a la infraestructura, en cuanto al servicio y sabor, está excelente.
The broths are very rich and quite filling, I know how delicious, I gave it 4 stars because I feel that it needs improvements to the infrastructure, in terms of service and flavor, it is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los caldos muy buenos, bien servidos y bastante abundantes. Con un solo caldo se llena uno y sobra. Asegurense de que se lo den caliente, ¡la experiencia no es igual si esta tibio/frio!
El lugar está bastante limpio y tiene certificación del estado por su limpieza, eso da mucha seguridad.
El ambiente se siente 'retro' con colores pastel, así coml un 'Diner' estaodunidense lo cual le da un ambirnte padre.
Tiene su propio estacionamiento y no cobran. No es muy grande pero está bastante bien cuidado, bien pintado y atras del restaurante.
Los baños bastante limpios.
Está bastante bien ubicado y fácil de llegar.
Bastante recomendado si les gustan los caldos. No probé otros platillos pero realmente la especialidad son los caldos de pollo entonces es lo que recomiendo vayan a comer ahí.
The wines are very good, well served and quite abundant. With a single broth, one is filled and left over. Make sure it is hot, the experience is not the same if it is warm / cold!
The place is quite clean and is certified by the state for its cleanliness, that gives a lot of security.
The atmosphere feels 'retro' with pastel colors, as well as an American 'diner' which gives it an atmospheric father.
It has its own parking lot and they do not charge. It is not very big but it is quite well kept, well painted and behind the restaurant.
The bathrooms quite clean.
It is quite well located and easy to get to.
Quite recommended if you like broths. I did not try other dishes but the specialty is really chicken broths, so I recommend eating there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it just so happens that a very special someone gave me their cold. I was congested and all-day dreaming of some nice warm chicken soup. Our host and friend, a local, found out that I was feeling under-the-weather, grabbed his limousine and whisked me off to Caldos de Pollo El Palmar. The seats were nicely cushioned mid-century-mod tubular chrome and we sat at a nicely lit table by the window. The menu was ample with warm and tasty caldos and lots of other items. I chose a caldo made with chicken stock with chicken livers and other giblets. It came in a nice big bowl with tortillas and salsas on the side and I was happy as a clam in fresh water! Thank you Jorge, and thank you 'El Palmar', you both saved the evening! :-)
