M	Majo Guevara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un calentador en el buen fin de 2018 para mí casa que estaba en construcción, al terminarla se realizó la instalación en junio de 2019, a principios de Julio presentaba fallas en el encendido, logramos encenderlo y se apagaba cuando ya estaba calentando , realice el reporte y el técnico " ajusto " la pieza , ahora a principios de Junio de 2020 no está calentando como debiera hacerlo , dejando el agua tibia como máximo, se apaga permitiendo el paso de gas, levanté el reporte, pero al asistir el técnico, en ningún momento me pidió la póliza de garantía,no lo había revisado y comento que tenía que hacerle mantenimiento con un costo de $ 900 más la visita $200 (es el 50% del costo del equipo ),llame a la línea CINSA y la verdad no obtuve solución , porque tenía que hacer lo que había dictaminado el técnico, ya después el mismo me dijo que le hacía el servicio pero "por fuera", entonces a mi parecer el técnico solo quería dinero por algo que si entraba en garantía ¿ O qué? Si desde un principio tenía fallas. Ya había tenido un calentador igual cuando rentaba y jamás presento fallas , nunca se le dió mantenimiento y eso fue lo que me dió a elegir el modelo ,marca la verdad me decepciona mi producto y veo que fue una mala inversión , mal por la empresa porque no brindan buena atención a nosotros que somos consumidores.
