★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no los recomiendo, su calentador es un tambo con bolsas de plástico, nunca funciono y culpo a mi instalación. Para la devolución tardo casi 40 días y sumado a eso pague a meses sin intereses y me descontó casi 2 mil pesos.
I definitely do not recommend them, their heater is a tambo with plastic bags, it never worked and I blame my installation. For the return I take almost 40 days and added to that I paid months without interest and discounted almost 2 thousand pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo quiero decir que el mío quedo genial, la temperatura del agua ideal y no use gas, aunque me dejaron instalado el boíler, lo apagamos para ver qué tal salía la temperatura y quede muy feliz, te recomiendan llaves ahorradoras y todo para que quede al 100% el calentador

Quiero devolverlo porque a demás no calienta el agua a la temperatura que dicen. para climas nublado o lluviosos no sirven estos calentadores

Buen día, sinceramente no recomiendo este tipo de calentadores y mucho menos está empresa, compramos uno de estos, nos lo instalaron hace poco más de un año y a lo largo de ese tiempo nos falló como unas 6 veces.
Nunca fueron para brindar la garantía.
Nunca vinieron a darle mantenimiento.
O mejor dicho jamás te contestan el teléfono o por Whatsapp cuando se trata de temas de mantenimiento.
Prefieren bloquearte, total ya desembolsaste más de $9,000 de contado.
La tubería se tapa demasiado con una especie de alga.
¡¡¡NO COMPREN!!!

Good day, honestly I do not recommend this type of heaters and much less this company, we bought one of these, they installed it a little over a year ago and throughout that time it failed us about 6 times.
They were never to provide the guarantee.
They never came for maintenance.
Or rather, they never answer the phone or WhatsApp when it comes to maintenance issues.
They prefer to block you, in total you have already disbursed more than $9,000 in cash.
The pipe gets too clogged with some kind of algae.
DO NOT BUY!!!
