Realizaron la instalación de dos calentadores solares y en uno de ellos estuvo teniendo fuga durante algún tiempo, estuve en contacto con lefransol y comentaron que el flotador se dañaba, lo cambiaron dos y despues de vovler hacer el reporte dejaron de atenderme. También llenaba por abajo del tinaco generando que nunca había corte de agua. Los calentadores han salido bien, sin embargo, su servicio de mantenimiento, instalación y post-venta es muy malo.
Equipo lefransol mejoren esos tres rubros por favor.
I had an experience equal to the one published by @gilberto. They installed two solar heaters and one of them was leaking for some time, I was in contact with lefransol and they commented that the float was damaged, they changed two of them and after making the report again they stopped helping me. It also filled the bottom of the water tank, generating that there was never a water cut. The heaters have turned out well, however, their maintenance, installation and after-sales service is very poor.
Lefransol team improve those three items please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me instalaron un tinaco y calentador solar, desde entonces no tengo agua caliente en la planta alta, sale poca agua porque la presión no es suficiente y en la planta baja el agua caliente sale cuando abres la llave de agua fría y la fría cuando abres la llave de agua caliente, ya paso una semana y media y no me han resuelto nada. Muy mal servicio.
I installed a water tank and solar heater, since then I have no hot water on the top floor, little water comes out because the pressure is not enough and on the ground floor the hot water comes out when you open the cold and cold water tap when you open the hot water tap, a week and a half has passed and nothing has been resolved. Very bad service
