★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo a esta empresa ya que no te dan la información correcta yo les compré un calentador solar y solo recibir piezas sin embargo tienen que tener cuidado y tienen que checar les pieza por pieza que no vengan rotas porque el transporte que entrega siempre trae prisa si ustedes le firmen de recibido en ese momento el negocio ya no se hace responsable el producto yo lo ocupaba en 2 meses hoy que estoy revisando pieza por pieza en su empaque las piezas están rotas rayadas hablé a la empresa y la encargada muy groseramente me contestó qué será mi responsabilidad y que éramos nosotros responsables de los productos que recibíamos así que tengan cuidado si le compran traten de que se instala inmediatamente su producto porque después ya no les hacen válida la garantía por eso es que yo no lo recomiendo y dicen que tiene 7 años de garantía así que tengan cuidado Yo no los recomiendo ya me pasó y ahora tengo que comprar más tu voz para poder utilizar el termo solar y a ver si funciona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mientras te atienden via telefónica todo esta de maravilla y en la instalación resulta que tenía que pagarles un excedente de material pero según ellos te echan la mano para que no pagues tanto siempre y cuando no lo reclames en su nota pero no contaban que iba a medir metro por metro ya que contaba con 12 metros de instalación y los rebasó por 15 centímetros cuando ellos me decían que había rebasado por 4 metros y como no les salió su bisne entonces te quieren cobrar hasta porque le abren a la llave y en sus oficinas están en contubernio y te dicen que eres abusivo además que no sabes más que ellos y que le hagas como quieras. Les pagué todo conforme a la nota y no les quedé a deber nada así que tengan cuidado con este tipo de personas porque queremos alternativas de solución, no problemas y la calidad del personal deja mucho que desear en esta empresa.

En general la empresa es nefasta
