★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, delicious food and drinks, lots of shade and seating with hammocks. Beach was clean, there was lots of beautiful sea glass to collect and little crabs to chase. The water was just warm enough and lots of beautiful scenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing beach where one can swimm safely . Excellent familiar restaurants on the beach. Lobster and see food cheap and well prepared. Warm Michoacan hospitality. Hotel maria Teresa at playa Azul for a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rolly anchorage for boats. No dingy dock, so we were not able to go ashore and check out the restaurants. The surf crashing on the beach is intense and must be a fun spot to swim and walk.
