 Day two, yesterday I spent $ 24,400 pesos on furniture, they were left to bring them and they don't come. They have me on hold and no one comes or communicates with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es la peor, no contestan, me entregaron un comedor con defecto, tienen dos meses con el y no me contestan, sin contar que cuando lo compre tardaron mas de dos meses en la entrega. Las sillas tienen diferentes tamaños ademas siento que la calidad no tiene que ver con el precio que pague. NO LO RECOMIENDO
The customer service is the worst, they do not answer, they gave me a dining room with a defect, they have two months with it and they do not answer me, not to mention that when I bought it it took more than two months for delivery. The chairs have different sizes and I feel that quality has nothing to do with the price I pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Quedan en entregar tu producto un día a una HRS nunca llegan te posponen la entrega por más de dos semanas no recibes tu producto, a pesar de que hablas con los encargados y el personal todos te contestan y dicen cosas diferentes y jamás llega tu producto a tiempo. Eviten comprar en esta tienda, busquen otras opciones de verdad es un verdadero fraude.
Terrible service
They agree to deliver your product one day to an HRS, they never arrive, they postpone the delivery for more than two weeks, you do not receive your product, even though you talk to the managers and the staff, they all answer you and say different things and your product never arrives at weather. Avoid buying in this store, look for other options it really is a real fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌❌❌❌Pésimo servicio, tardaron más de un mes en entregar un mueble, cuando te dices que de 15 a 20 días, "estuvo" a casi mes y medio. Lo recibimos en condiciones horribles como que lo hicieron ala carrera los cajones al abrirlos se vinieron abajo y la pintura pésima. Por lo que intentamos regresarlo y nos aseguraron que los harían en 5 días, cosa que nunca pasó por lo que decidimos cancelar y que nos devolvieran nuestro dinero que se pagó en tiempo y forma. A lo que nos tardaron otros 15 días porque solo se pasaban la bolita unos a otros según ellos muy apenados, total que al final nos quitaron 700 pesos que por daños que nosotros habíamos hecho al momento de regresar. Jamás vuelvo a esa tienda y ustedes tampoco lo hagan porque los traerán a vuelta y vuelta. No pierdan su tiempo. Horrible su servicio ❌❌❌❌
