Cuellar, pues la constructora aun sabiendo sus dificultades económicas y posibles malas administraciones te requieren para cumplir sus compromisos y fallan con los pagos sin consideraciones, no soy el único afectado, en mi caso tengo un saldo pendiente por más de dos años sin ningún compromiso de pago.
 Without professionalism, less ethics, be very careful with all the companies that are hired by Ing. Cuellar, because the construction company, even knowing its economic difficulties and possible mismanagement, requires you to fulfill its commitments and fails with payments without consideration, I am not the only one affected, in my case I have an outstanding balance for more than two years without any commitment to pay.
