★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, desde ayer mi paquete marca que está en ruta de entrega y no me ha llegado, hace un momento llego en mensajero a mi colonia para según entregarme un paquete, pero no pasan sin autorización, en mi casa autorizaron para que entrara y en cuanto le dijeron que podía pasar, se peló, y es el único paquete que estamos esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa irresponsable que vive en el pasado. Nunca contestan, no funcionan su pagina de rastreo. No cumplen. Esta condenada al fracaso si no hacen cambios estructurales y sistemáticos en su administración y servicio al cliente. Sus precios pueden ser más bajos que otras empresas, pero eso no justifica de ninguna forma un pésimo servicio. Nada recomendable!!!
It is an irresponsible company that lives in the past. They never answer, they don't work your tracking page. They do not comply. It is doomed to fail if they do not make structural and systematic changes in their administration and customer service. Their prices may be lower than other companies, but that in no way justifies a lousy service. Nothing recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, apenas de haberme llamado para dar detalles y aunque estaban a 2 cuadras no llegaron nunca y por supuesto que no contestaron jamás, NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO TRABAJARE DE NUEVO CON ELLOS
Terrible service, barely having called me to give details and although they were 2 blocks away they never arrived and of course they never answered, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL NOT WORK WITH THEM AGAIN
