Great location balcony room great will stay again. Beach access great. Adult pool area nice during non covid times

Nice place, excellent location (easy access to beach and right on the principal avenue) which makes it a perfect starting point for experiencing Acapulco. The hotel had some problems at the start, as we had no hot water on the room and so, but they were fixed (not as soon as I hoped but). The restaurant isn't the best and may be pricier than it's worth. Overall, a very nice experience.

The very first thing you'll encounter is the slow-paced and uncoordinated reception staff. The hot and humid weather does not help waiting for TWO hours just to check-in. A little leadership and management could've avoided that. Of course, it depends what time of the year you go, but the staff is supposed to be at its best in holiday season and evidently it was completely opposite of that. In fact, the service was so bad that my family had to put all the luggage in the bellhop cart without the help of anyone. Worse than that, the bellboys just walked past us without giving a rat's ass. It was infuriating to do that and other customers stared at us as if we weren't supposed to take any initiative after sweating like pigs in the line. At least the room service was friendly and the food was decent. Still, this 3 star hotel has to care more for its customers. In the end, there are better hotels out there and you don't have to suffer through what I did. UPDATE: My cousin was in an elevator that just stopped working and went into free fall from the fourth floor. The navy and all sorts of maintenance people had to come to rescue those trapped in the elevator.

Nice hotel, close to everything including the beach but beds don't have big comforters and rooms don't come with mini fridges

Nice view from the room. But, the safe, the phone and the T.V did not work. Toilet paper........we had to ask everyday and get it ourselves from the housekeepers.

They didn't let us stay in the pool are after check out (11am). Would have had to pay extra. (We went to Holiday Inn for the rest of the day, also had to pay, but it could be used for drinks and food.) I think that Calindas pool was too small. They didn't borrow us wine glasses. The location and the view were excellent!

The view to the ocean was great. Service was good to. They had wifi with no lag

Hotel Calinda - great 4 days! Class act! Everything worked.Evenings the band was great! Whole Mexican families dancing the night away! We had so much fun.
