★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gym al que iba la dueña es una señora prepotente con falta de empatía, en mi caso a mi me corrieron por que me vieron sin cubrebocas en una ocasión, cuando estaba tomando agua y les respondí que tenía que quitármelo para tomar agua el instructor fue quien metió sisaña y eh visto que esas mismas personas discriminan, no vallan a calipso hay otros gimnasios más bonitos, baratos y con un trato más amigable y familiar. Es la primera vez que tuve un problema en gym, soy una persona que realmente solo va a entrenar, hay varias personas que se quejan de eso.
 A gym where the owner went is an arrogant lady with a lack of empathy, in my case they fired me because they saw me without a mask on one occasion, when I was drinking water and I replied that I had to take it off to drink water, the instructor was who put sisaña and I've seen that those same people discriminate, don't go to calypso there are other nicer gyms, cheaper and with a more friendly and familiar treatment. It is the first time that I had a problem in the gym, I am a person who really only goes to train, there are several people who complain about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and careless customer service. The girl at the front is especially rude. After declining to resolve my issue, I asked to talk to her boss and she refused the request. There was a nice trainer there who stepped in and tried to resonate with her, yet she wouldn't budge. Adios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern equipment, spacious and rarely needed to wait to use equipment. Charging facilities spacious and very clean, only downside, as a visitor to the country, no one seems bothered about AC, which they have, but it's not often on. Nicely priced but only offer monthly rates.

I paid on the 8th but was told today that they reset their fingerprinting system and restart memberships on the 1st regardless of what date you paid which is dumb. I also go on vacation btwn the 9th-17th so basically I'll miss 10 days of My paid membership ?. Then I leave the country on the 14th of May so if I pay again on the 1st, that's 17 days I will have paid for but won't be able to use. Very expensive if You're not able to go every wk. (i pay the same amount in the United States for a gym that has better air conditioning, better equipment, a cpl hydro massage chairs, AND are open 24/7). Very disappointed with the amount of money I pay not to have the same accessibility here.
