★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te manejan un buen horario sin embargo verifica antes tu sueldo base ya que es muy bajo y depende de bonos, lee con atenciòn el contrato ya que el reclutamiento no te mencionan ciertas "politicas de la empresa" me.dejo muy mala experiencia la empresa.

Cuentas con varias campañas y áreas donde te pueden acomodar. Limpieza de los baños y lugares de trabajo.
Y con esta pandemia te dejan trabajar desde casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala empresa en el área de Mexitel, horario pésimo, paga igual pésima, no se diga de la atención de los supervisores no te ayudan en nada solo un día de capacitación & te mandan a que lo soluciones tu solo la atención al cliente, ningún tipo de apoyo, instalaciones igual muy sucias & malas.
Very bad company in the Mexitel area, terrible hours, pay the same terrible, not to mention the attention of the supervisors they do not help you in anything just one day of training & they send you to solve it yourself, only customer service, no kind of support, same very dirty & bad facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo tuve problemas con recursos humanos no te dan solución para nada renuncie desde septiembre y solo me traían vuelta y vuelta par firmar finiquito me tardaron mas de 1 mes para poder firmar finiquito y ala fecha no me han dando mi finiquito fui ala empresa a reclamar y los polis ni siquiera te dejan pasar dicen q solo por cita que mandes correo y en el pinche correo ni contestan y tampoco que quieren dar un numero para comunicarte
I had problems with human resources they don't give you a solution at all I resigned since September and they only brought me back and forth to sign the settlement it took me more than 1 month to be able to sign the settlement and to date they haven't given me my settlement I went to the company to claim and The cops don't even let you in, they say that you can send an email only by appointment and they don't even answer the fucking email and they don't want to give you a number to communicate with you either.

Trabaje ahi 4 años, subi rapido de puesto con base en mi desempeño y me ayudó mucho en un momento en que estaba desesperado.
Solo tengo unas observaciones que hacer:
Lo bueno; es una empresa con mucho potencial y que busca ayudar a sus empleados.
Lo malo; es una empresa que da puestos importantes a personas que solo basan su crecimiento en lo lambiscones que pueden ser, y por lo mismo, personas que solo buscan su beneficio y que para nada estan preparadas para ayudar a que la empresa crezca, muy por el contrario, la frenan, e incluso, hacen que retroceda.
Espero, de todo corazon, que esas limitantes autoimpuestas las vayan eliminando para que puedan seguir apoyando a la totalidad de sus empleados, no solo a los lamebotas.

I worked there for 4 years, I rose quickly based on my performance and it helped me a lot at a time when I was desperate.
I only have a few observations to make:
The good; It is a company with great potential and that seeks to help its employees.
The bad; It is a company that gives important positions to people who only base their growth on how silly they can be, and therefore, people who only seek their benefit and who are not at all prepared to help the company grow, on the contrary , they slow it down, and even make it back off.
I hope, with all my heart, that these self-imposed limitations will be eliminated so that they can continue to support all of their employees, not just the boot licks.

toda la operacion te hace sentir parte de la empresa, son muy puntuales
en los pagos, lo unico que puedo mencionar es que si no recibes de manera correcta tu nomina y aun asi solicites aclaracion jamas lo reembolsan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy tres estrellas, me gustó, me agrado trabajar ahí, hablando del pago de nómina nunca tuve tema pero desde que se terminó la campaña, ya firmé mi renuncia y ya voy para dos meses que no me han depositado mi finiquito, lo feo de esto es que no te contestan el correo y no hay otro medio en donde te puedas contactar
