I was charged $25 to visit friends on site. I did not even enter the rooms, just to be on the terrace and they do not reimburse drinks or food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is under a court order for 9 of its floors to be demolished due to a zoning code violation.
Besides that, it's ugly, empty, and completely out of place in conchas chinas where building are short and following traditional Vallarta arquitecture.
