Un día Jóse tuvo que salir, dejó a su amigo y empezó a caminar por este tenebroso callejón; con miedo pisaba cada piedra, paso a paso avanzaba hacia la salida, cuando de pronto sintió un aire frió que pegaba en su cuerpo, y los perros comenzaron a ladrar en ese momento; Jóse se encontró al mismísimo príncipe de las tinieblas.
Asustado y sin saber que hacer, optó por salir corriendo. El diablo, al ver la actitud temerosa, empezó a carcajearse siniestramente. El relato cuenta que cada vez que el cielo comienza a oscurecer el ambiente del callejón se llena de tenebrosidad, la risa del demonio se escucha constantemente y sus apariciones son frecuentes si se transita por el callejón.
The name of the alley comes from a legend that says that many years ago, Jóse and Pedro lived in that area. One day Jóse had to leave, he left his friend and started walking down this dark alley; fearfully he stepped on each stone, step by step he advanced towards the exit, when suddenly he felt a cold air hitting his body, and the dogs began to bark at that moment; Jóse found himself the prince of darkness.
Scared and not knowing what to do, he chose to run away. The devil, seeing the fearful attitude, began to laugh out ominously. The story tells that every time the sky begins to darken the atmosphere of the alley is filled with darkness, the demon's laughter is constantly heard and its appearances are frequent if you walk through the alley.
