★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta pesima la casa, la entregaron sucia... todo tirado, nosotros tuvimos que limpiar, pesimo servicio.
Todo te quieren cobrar.
Los colchones, los baños, las regaderas, las habitaciones, la alberca, la cocina, TODO estaba sucio!!!
No les recomiendo que la renten, la verdad muy mala experiencia

The mattresses, the bathrooms, the showers, the bedrooms, the pool, the kitchen, EVERYTHING was dirty !!!
I do not recommend that you rent it, the truth is very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién rentamos la casa y la verdad estaba bastante sucio y con poco mantenimiento, la parte de la piscina y los sillones y camastros ya estaban dañados, el agua tenía gusanitos y aparte hay muchísimos moscos y también pudimos observar escorpiones en las paredes lo cual es muy peligroso? además la señora que nos atendió Margarita (según recuerdo) al parecer estaba enojada o algo así por q se notaba irritable con algunas personas q también estaban ahi , la verdad mi familia y yo salimos poco y con esto de la pandemia terminó siendo una verdadera decepción pagar por este lugar ? en fin , calli Huiztlampa resultó ser un fiasco bastante caro ,no dijimos nada por q mis papás no quisieron enfrentar y estresarse pero en verdad no malgasten su dinero entre basura ,alacranes y agua sucia ?
We just rented the house and the truth was it was quite dirty and with little maintenance, the part of the pool and the chairs and loungers were already damaged, the water had little worms and apart there are many flies and we could also observe scorpions on the walls which is very dangerous also the lady who attended us Margarita (as I remember) apparently was angry or something like that because she seemed irritable with some people who were also there, the truth is, my family and I went out little and with this the pandemic ended up being a real disappointment paying for this place ? well, calli Huiztlampa turned out to be a very expensive fiasco, we didn't say anything because my parents didn't want to face and stress but really don't waste their money among garbage, scorpions and dirty water ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal lugar!! hace unos meses reservamos y todo estaba sucio , lleno de basura , la cocina hecha un desastre, aparte te quieren cobrar por todo, las habitaciones llenas de polvo y las sábanas llenas de cabellos se ve q no las lavan , es un verdadero abuso q existan lugares así , no tires tu dinero ni pierdas tu tiempo,ni siquiera hay personal, sólo un tipo que se burlaba mientras limpiabamos y sanitizabamos (al parecer no creen en el virus), cero medidas sanitarias por covid...No te arriesgues , te sentirás estafado y te expondrán a contagio por las cero medidas e higiene q tienen ??
PD: vimos varios alacranes en las paredes y en el pasto ,cuidado ⚠⚠⚠⚠
Bad place !! A few months ago we booked and everything was dirty, full of garbage, the kitchen made a mess, apart from that they want to charge you for everything, the rooms full of dust and the sheets full of hair you can see that they are not washed, it is a real abuse that they exist places like this, do not waste your money or waste your time, there are not even staff, just a guy who made fun while we cleaned and sanitized (apparently they do not believe in the virus), zero sanitary measures for covid ... You will feel cheated and they will expose you to contagion due to the zero measures and hygiene they have ??
PS: we saw several scorpions on the walls and in the grass, watch out ⚠⚠⚠⚠

If you want to go relax this is a highly recommended place, there are places to drink, eat and temazcal, this last one of the best I have been to.
