★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comer y me salió una piedra en la comida, al estar comiendo, ya para terminar mordí y sentí un dolor muy fuerte, me salió una piedra en la comida la cual al morderla se me quebro una muela.
Le dije al encargado o dueño.. y me dijo" lo siento no le cobrare la comida, nunca me había pasado"...le dije que le pagaba la cuenta (alrededor de $800) y que respondiera por los daños y no quiso.. me dió a entender que me quebré la muela para comer gratis...
Ahora tengo que pagar más de $3500 por los daños a mi muela por comer en un lugar nuevo...
I went to eat and a stone came out in my food, while I was eating, I bit down to finish and felt a very strong pain, a stone came out in my food and when I bit into it I broke a tooth.
I told the manager or owner... and he told me "sorry I won't charge you for the food, it had never happened to me"... I told him that I would pay the bill (around $800) and that he should be responsible for the damages and he didn't want to. He gave me to understand that I broke my tooth to eat for free...
Now I have to pay more than $3500 for the damage to my tooth from eating in a new place...
