 Their technicians are liars and abusive. Better be told that the heater does not work. They make you waste time and money. The zero company is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LLEVO DOS MESES CON MI CALENTADOR DESCOMPUESTO, POR QUE NO HAY REFACCIONES, LOS TECNICO QUE ACUDIERON CON PESIMA ACTITUD, Y SI LES PREGUNTA UNO DE CUANDO TENDRAN LA PIEZA, NADIE TIENE UNA RESPUESTA. ES INCREIBLE QUE UNA EMPRESA DE ESTE NIVEL, DE UN SERVICIO TAN MALO. QUE MAL.
I HAVE TAKEN TWO MONTHS WITH MY DECOMPOSED HEATER, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO REFACTIONS, THE TECHNICIANS WHO CAME WITH A DISMISSED ATTITUDE, AND IF YOU ARE ASKED ONE OF WHEN THEY WILL HAVE THE PIECE, NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER. IT IS INCREDIBLE THAT A COMPANY OF THIS LEVEL, OF A SERVICE SO BAD. THAT BAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post venta, no compren #Calorex @Calorex me cobraron 3000 pesos y lo único que hicieron es llenar 4 cubetas de agua abriendo un grifo, cambiaron un plato de dos pesos calibraron a medias y no tienen ni idea que existe una manguera adentro que se llama vena de sacrificio. Olvídenlo igual y son más menos calentadores pero servicio y refacciones 0. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
En las fotos se ve la vena pulverizada, el técnico de calorex ni los empleados de calorex ni el surtidor saben que existe una pena. La vena lleva el agua fría del tinacaco al fondo del tanque para ahorrar gas y agua.
Terrible after-sales service, do not buy #Calorex @Calorex charged me 3,000 pesos and all they did is fill 4 buckets of water by opening a tap, they changed a plate of two pesos calibrated halfway and they have no idea that there is a hose inside that It is called sacrificial vein. Forget it the same and they are more less heaters but service and spare parts 0. I do not recommend it at all.
In the photos you can see the pulverized vein, the calorex technician, the calorex employees and the supplier do not know that there is a penalty. The vein brings the cold water from the tinacaco to the bottom of the tank to save gas and water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con sistema eficaz para refacciones, ni te dan la información de los centros de servicio, por lo que su servicio postventa es pésimo, si se te descompone uno mejor comprar otro pero de otra marca.
They do not have an effective system for spare parts, nor do they give you the information of the service centers, so their after-sales service is appalling, if you break down one better buy another but from another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLES!!! Su calentador no me ha durado ni un año. Su servicio de atención es una pesadilla. Los técnicos están entrenados para hacerse mensos y echarte la culpa del por qué su producto no funciona.
TERRIBLE !!! Your heater hasn't lasted a year for me. Your care service is a nightmare. The technicians are trained to go dumb and blame you for why their product doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Calentador modular, carisimo, duro un año y no tienen refacciones. Es desechable. No compren Calorex. Pesimo servicio y calidad.
Terrible service. Modular heater, very expensive, it lasted a year and they don't have spare parts. It is disposable. Don't buy Calorex. Lousy service and quality.
