Tenemos para quien nos conocen un servicio estandarizado con los siguientes pasos: 1.- Agendado de cita Datos generales del cliente y num. De cel. Que queda registrado en el sistema para la confirmación completa del servicio hora y llegada del cliente. 2.- Puntualidad y ajuste a la hora comprometida con el cliente. 3.- Dentro del servicio siempre se pasan a los acompañantes del cliente principal. 4.- Dentro del servicio se explica con detalle los procedimientos que se requieren para efectuar el servicio. 5.- Por protocolo de seguridad e integridad de la unidad se tienen registrados nuestros clientes pues tenemos el gusto de mencionas que hacemos una seleccion precisa de nuestra clientela! 6.- La unidad esta comprometida a no hacer procedimientos que vuelvan cautivos a nuestros pacientes siempre buscando alternativas tanto de sanación como económicas! 7.- Detallamos con carta responsiva la ejecución de tofos nuestros servicios. 8.- A ninguno de nuestros clientes se les forza ni social ni economicamente a requerir de nuestros servicios. 9.- En casos de intervenciones quirurgicas se canalizan siempre al responsable adecuado a las necesidades de nuestros clientes. 10.- Quienes en su momento escriben una reseña en la web, Google estan invitados coordialmente a pasar a hacer su queja o sugerencia en la unidad pues como clientes no estan registrados y nos daria un gusto enorme tenerlos en nuestra lista de clientes. 11.- Dentro de las instalaciones se mantiene uan capacitación constante a nuestro personal de trabajo lo cual en ocasiones causa desconcertó en nuestros clientes. 12.- CALPO MANTIENE SUS ESTÁNDARES POR LO ALTO DE CUALQUIER UNIDAD Y ESTAMOS COMPROMETIDOS A MANTENER NUESTRAS PUERTAS ABIERTAS A TODO EL PUBLICO EN GENERAL PARA DAR A CONOCER NUESTRA ATENCION PERSONALIZADA PUES NO ATENDEMOS A MAS DE 5 CLIENTES AL DIA PARA EVITAR JSUTAMENTE MAL ENTENDIDOS. 13.- NUESTROS CLIENTES TIENEN MAS DE 8 AÑOS RECOMENDANDO NUESTRO SERVICIO PROFESIONAL EN CUANTO A LA PODOLOGIA SE REFIERE. 14.- LA UNIDAD NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE LAS FALTAS DE RESPETO QUE CONSIDERAMOS SON: -IMPUNTUALIDAD A LA CITA -FALTAS DE COMPRIMISO POR PAGOS YA ACORDADOS -MAL ENTENDIDOS POR FALTA DE CONOCIMIENTO EDUCATIVO -NO usamos palabras insultantes. - PARA AQUELLOS Q MENCIONAN FALTAS DE PROFESIONALISMO TOMAR EN CUENTA QUE QUEDAMOS A AUS ORDENES VIA TELEFONICA PARA RESOLVERLES DUDAS O ACLARAR SITUCAIONES PUES DE NUESTRA PARTE LO HARIAMOS CON GUSTO PERO NO LES TENEMOS REGISTRADOS EN NUESTRO SISTEMA.
