★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitas las casas, pero en menos de un año muchos desperfectos y humedades. La atención de los administrativos es pésima. Cuando se trata de pagarles te contestan rapidísimo, pero cuando tienes un problema se hacen como que la virgen les hablara.
The houses are very beautiful, but in less than a year many damages and dampness. The administrative attention is terrible. When it comes to paying them they answer you very quickly, but when you have a problem they pretend to be the virgin talking to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos a punto de comprar pero vi a tiempo los defectos de las casas en persona después de 1 año de vendidas gracias a los mismos residentes. De preferencia no aparten hasta estar seguros porque al final ya no quisieron devolverme mis 20,000$ pesos de apartado.
We were about to buy but I saw the defects of the houses in person after 1 year of being sold thanks to the same residents. Preferably they don't set aside until they are sure because in the end they didn't want to return my $20,000 pesos set aside.
